Myeongdong Guksu

Myeongdong Guksu is a noodle restaurant in Seoul that serves myeolchi-guksu, sogogi-guksu, bibim-guksu and jumeokbap. The representative dishes are myeolchi-guksu, chamchi bibim-guksu and sogogi-guksu, and jumeokbap can be ordered as well. Orders are placed at a kiosk, and water, side dishes and broth are self-served. The bibim-guksu has a sweet and spicy sauce that goes with the lettuce, but the seasoning can be bland.
