Mosk Kitchen is a Japanese tonkatsu restaurant near Sindaebangsamgeori Station in Seoul. Its signature style is thick, tender loin and tenderloin cutlets served with raw wasabi, lemon salt, and ojingeo jeotgal. The special loin can sell out early, and a wait forms in the evening. The small space has few seats and fills up quickly.
