Jjandon Noryangjin Branch is a Korean barbecue restaurant in Seoul that grills aged meat. Thick aged samgyeopsal and fresh daepae samgyeopsal are dipped in soy-cured egg yolk and salted shrimp, and served with side dishes such as kimchi and seasoned bean sprouts. The Jjandon han pan comes as a set of meat, side dishes, and stew, with enough food that two people leave several pieces uneaten. Staff do not grill the meat, so diners cook it themselves.
