Hangang Son Kalguksu is a neighborhood restaurant near Hangang Bridge and Nodeul Station in Seoul that has served bajirak kalguksu and kaljebi for over twenty years. The kaljebi combines handmade noodles and sujebi in a thick, spicy anchovy broth with cheongyang chili peppers and potatoes. The owner handles orders, cooking, and payment alone, so waits of about 30 minutes occur around lunchtime, and the phone number and menu are written inside the shop. Parking space is not ample.
