Gongwon Yangkkochi

Gongwon Yangkkochi is a small lamb restaurant in Seoul that serves lamb skewers and lamb ribs. The skewers and ribs are grilled with only a light seasoning instead of a marinade, and the owner grills and cuts the ribs for you. The ribs are tender and chew well, and the drink selection includes options that are uncommon at other lamb skewer restaurants. There are only about four tables, so seating is limited.
