Dadokine Sutbul Gui

Dadokine Sutbul Gui is a Korean barbecue restaurant in a back alley of Noryangjin, Seoul, serving pork grilled over charcoal. Its signature dish is bone-in pork belly galbi, made with aged meat and served with meljeot, hairtail salted fish innards, and myeongi namul, with staff grilling it at the start. Reservations or remote waiting are available through CatchTable, and the shop also uses a numbered ticket system. In the evening, the wait can exceed one hour.
