Bultaneun Sogeum Gui

Bultaneun Sogeum Gui is a charcoal grill restaurant in Sangdo 1-dong, Seoul, a short walk from Soongsil University Station Exit 2. It has operated for 23 years and grills aged salted pork collar, samgyeopsal, beef galbi, and pork galbi over direct charcoal heat. Sides and vegetables come from a self-serve bar, and steamed egg is served by default. The dining room is large enough for group gatherings, and the owner's handmade seasoning and side dishes are served alongside the meat.
