Hollo Pocha

Holopocha is a cooking pub near Sangdo Station in Seoul that serves dishes such as crispy ogyeopsal and dakbokkeumtang. The crispy ogyeopsal is cooked on a stone plate until crisp and served with buchu muchim. The bar has counter seats and a self-service zone where solo diners can pour their own draft beer. The ttukbaegi dakbokkeumtang contains milk and cheese, giving it a creamy profile rather than a spicy one.
