Odongtongdak

Odongtongdak serves market-style fried chicken in the chicken alley of Cheongnyangni Traditional Market in Seoul. Ordering brings a large freshly fried chicken with fried minari on the side, along with sweet potato, rice cake, and fried gizzard. The fried minari comes out before the chicken, so it is eaten first with draft beer. When orders pile up, food arrives 25 to 40 minutes late.
