Jang-Anjeong

Janganjeong is a gisa restaurant near Jangan-dong that serves donkatsu positioned between Western and Japanese styles. Its set meals come with donkatsu, saengseon kkaseu, and hambak steak, and there is also a set with naengmyeon, along with old-style soup. Orders are served quickly enough that the donkatsu comes out right away, and the hambak is made from hand-made meat mixture. During mealtimes the line is long, and on weekend lunches the wait can reach an hour.
