Hancheon Kalguksu

Hancheon Kalguksu is a restaurant in Jangan-dong, Seoul, serving Hanwoo sagol kalguksu and bibim noodles. The knife-cut noodles are made from dough prepared in-house and served in a deep sagol broth, with kongguksu added in summer. Before the meal, barley rice and red kimchi and white kimchi are served, and a larger portion costs nothing extra. The red kimchi is spicy enough to be a burden for those who cannot handle heat.
