Gitae Mandu

Gitae Mandu is a dumpling shop in the Cheongnyangni Station market in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, selling crispy yaki mandu. The filling holds only minced dangmyeon, and the dumplings are fried until the outside is crisp, which makes them a good match with tteokbokki. People also buy them frozen and take them out at home when making tteokbokki. Because the filling is only dangmyeon, the dumplings are plain for anyone expecting a generous portion of filling.
