Samdae Incheon Gejang Main Branch is a gejang restaurant in Dong-gu, Incheon. It serves ganjang gejang and yangnyeom gejang, seasoned with soy sauce fermented with meju so the crab is neither salty nor fishy. The gejang set meal comes with doenjang jjigae containing crab meat, buchimgae, and grilled fish, and after the meal nurungji-boiled water is served. Parking can be inconvenient.
