Songnim Gisa Sikdang

Songnim Gisa Sikdang is a driver's restaurant in Songnim-dong, Incheon. Its signature dish is oje, made by stir-frying squid and pork together, and it comes with sides such as soy-marinated crab and grilled croaker, along with black rice and ugeoji doenjang soup. During meal times there can be a wait of about ten minutes, and ordering first gets you a table. At lunch many dishes require at least two people, so going alone leaves few options.
