Yeongdong Milmyeon

Yeongdong Milmyeon is a naengmyeon restaurant across from Busan Station that serves milmyeon and dwaeji gukbap. The mul milmyeon and bibim milmyeon use chewy noodles made in-house, combined with seasoning. From the Busan Station plaza, cross the main road and walk a short distance to the right to reach it, and at lunch there can be a short wait. The dwaeji gukbap has a clear, rich broth without any gamey smell and comes with a generous amount of meat.
