Sulim

Surim is a small casual eatery in Busan serving moymil noodles and donkkaseu. Its main dishes include moymil noodles with yubu sushi, bibim moymil, dolsot udon, and donkkaseu with house-made sauce. The donkkaseu uses sirloin fried until crisp, and the moymil noodles come with udon broth. Surim is located in an alley and is not easy to spot.
