Sosuldam Eotang

Sosuldam Eotang is an old Korean restaurant next to the Dong-gu Office in Sujeong-dong, Dong-gu, Busan, serving eotang noodles and eotang sujebi. The eotang broth resembles chueotang, and diners add sancho powder or gochutadaegi to it. It stays open through break time, and orders of noodles or sujebi come with a separate half bowl of rice. The shop is small, so a line forms during meal times.
