Sorimgak is an old Chinese restaurant near the Anchang entrance in Beomil-dong, Busan. Its signature dishes are tangsuyuk and jjambbong, and the tangsuyuk comes with plenty of soft meat and a sweet-and-sour sauce that tastes of ketchup. The jjajangmyeon is the old-style kind, and the jjambbong broth is clean-tasting. The dining room has only three tables, so a wait is standard.
