Sinseon Sikdang

Sinseon Sikdang is a Korean restaurant in Beomil-dong, Dong-gu, Busan, serving mixed grilled fish such as hairtail, Spanish mackerel and yellowtail, along with frozen pollack soup. The grilled fish comes out moist rather than crisp, served with a seasoned sauce. Ordering the mixed grill brings either a clear jiri-tang or a red maeuntang, depending on the day.
