Sinpung Galbi

Sinpung Galbi is a Korean barbecue restaurant in the Choryang galbi alley in Busan that grills saeng galbi and pork galbi. Saeng galbi is the dish that sets this restaurant apart, and yangnyeom galbi can be ordered as well. Kimchi, side dishes, and a soft doenjang jjigae come out with the meat, and the owner serves customers in person. Because it sits deep inside the Choryang galbi alley, first-time visitors can get lost on the way.
