Shabuyaki Busan Station is an all-you-can-eat buffet restaurant within walking distance of Busan Station that serves both conveyor-belt sushi and shabu-shabu. Diners pick live-fish hoe sushi from a 130m conveyor-belt rail, and choose a broth for the shabu-shabu meat and vegetables, which are refilled without limit. At the self bar, diners add mala sauce or combine several sauces themselves, and chocolate fondue, churros and smoothies are also provided. The restaurant draws crowds, so there is a long wait.
