Salad Box

Salad Box is a salad and poke restaurant in Choryang-dong, Dong-gu, Busan, about 600 to 700 meters from Busan Station. It serves vegan steak and a tofu and mushroom salad as two separate items. Orders are placed at a kiosk near the entrance, and the food can be eaten in the store. Most salads are served cold except when the mushrooms are removed, so it does not suit diners looking for warm food.
