Sahaebang is a Chinese restaurant across from Busan Station, at the entrance of Chinatown, serving jjajangmyeon, jjamppong and other Chinese dishes. The steamed mandu are mild, and the tangsuyuk is fried from lean meat only and comes with the sauce already poured on, while yuniganjjajang and Sichuan jjamppong are also ordered. It opened in the early 1980s and has run for more than 45 years, with many rooms on the second floor. In winter, oyster jjamppong and oyster udon join the menu, and meals can be had in partitioned seats.
