Puradak Chicken is a chicken restaurant in a residential area of Busan, selling black alio and cheese balls. The signature black alio comes with fried garlic chips and garlic sauce, and the chicken is crisp outside and tender inside. Orders are fried on the spot after ordering, with a wait of about 15 minutes, and payment is by cash or card. A container of pickled radish comes with the order, and the shop is takeout only.
