Osori Sundae

Osori Sundae is a sundae specialty restaurant in Busan that serves dwaeji gukbap made with osori gamtu and sundae made in-house. The clear pork broth comes with sundae in the abai sundae style, sundae modeum, and ttukbaegi tang, eaten with perilla seed powder and a seasoned sauce. The ttukbaegi tang contains many internal organs and a large portion, and the sundae tang includes both the ttukbaegi tang and sundae. The shop has an old feel and its cleanliness is poor.
