Mandarin

Mandarin is a Chinese restaurant in Busan that serves jajangmyeon, jaengban jjajang, and tangsuyuk. The old-style jajangmyeon and the spicy jaengban jjajang are the signature dishes, and tangsuyuk is ordered alongside them. The dining room is large, and at lunch there have been cases of waiting 30 minutes before receiving fried rice. During the lunch rush orders get mixed up, so customers who arrive later sometimes receive their food first, and the service is brusque.
