Jureongbak is a restaurant in the Chinatown alleys of Busan, a five-minute walk from between exits 3 and 5 of Busan Station, serving dwaeji kalguksu, suyuk baekban, and gukbap. The dwaeji kalguksu uses a rich, clean pork broth with large scallions and chewy noodles, and the suyuk is sliced to order. Reservations are available through CatchTable, and the lunch wait can run 10 to 20 minutes. Seating is about 40, but the dining room is crowded and staff service falls short.
