Hwaseong Galbi

Hwaseong Galbi is a Korean barbecue restaurant in the Choryang galbi alley of Busan, grilling pork galbi and daepae samgyeopsal. The sweet-marinated galbi and daepae samgyeopsal are cooked on a stone plate lined with foil. Meals come with pa jeorim and kongnamul muchim, with doenjang jjigae added as well. Orders require a minimum of three sets of the same meat.
