Hongseongbang is a Chinese restaurant in Chinatown across from Busan Station, serving mandu, jjajangmyeon, and jjamppong. The mulmandu have a Chinese-style flavor and a chewy texture, and the jjamppong has a refreshing, rich broth filled with seafood. There are tables on the first floor and a large hall on the second floor, and the jjajangmyeon comes out within a few minutes of ordering while the gunmandu takes over ten minutes. The jjasai and danmuji fall short in taste.
