Gungjung Son Kalguksu

Gungjung Son Kalguksu is a noodle shop at the entrance of Choryang Market across from Busan Station, serving son kalguksu and naeng kong kalguksu. The menu also includes pppongip kalguksu, bibim kalguksu, and jajang kalguksu, with hand-made noodles that are chewy. The naeng kong kalguksu follows an older style that uses plenty of water, and the portion of noodles is large. The thick broth is cool and clean enough to seek out as haejang.
