Guksu Namu Simin Hoegwan I's Palace

Guksunamu Siminhoegwan Ijeu Paelriseu is a noodle shop on the first floor of the Ijeu Paelriseu building near Busan Siminhoegwan in Busan. Its chilled noodles use chewy noodles with a tangy, cold broth, and the menu also includes wang donkasseu and guksu jeongsik. The restaurant gets crowded at lunchtime and dinnertime, so waiting is possible. There is no separate parking lot, and the sign is not easy to spot.
