Gukje Ojingeo is a hoe restaurant in Busan that serves squid hoe, sliced into thin strands with a thousand cuts. It also offers squid mulhoe, eomuk-tang, and al-tang. There is outdoor seating, and the squid hoe can be placed over rice and eaten like sushi. The squid hoe portion is small enough to finish in a few chopsticks.
