Gil-Eumchil

Gireum Chil is a meat restaurant in Choryang, Busan, near Busan Station, serving aged pork. It offers Jeju bon ogyeopsal, samgyeopsal (pork belly), and pork collar, and the ogyeopsal is known for the chewy texture of its skin. Wasabi, salted shrimp, myeolchi jeot, ssamjang, soybean powder, and spicy sauce are served alongside, and staff grill the meat for you. The grill plates and the store's hygiene condition are not good.
