Eolkeuni Son Kalguksu

Eolkeuni Son Kalguksu in Busan has served kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) for 20 years. Its kimchi kalguksu uses thick, chewy handmade noodles with kimchi flavor and a spicy broth. The broth has a deep, clean, refreshing anchovy-stock flavor. The menu also includes kimchi and sujebi (hand-torn dough soup).
