Donenu Busan Choryang

Donenu Busan Choryang is a meat restaurant in the dining district across from Busan Station that serves jipbul samgyeopsal. The samgyeopsal is par-cooked over rice straw, cut into bite-sized pieces, and grilled over charcoal, and it can be ordered with mul naengmyeon or a nostalgic dosirak. Side dishes and fried eggs are taken from a self-service station, and at lunch a set menu offers samgyeopsal with a choice of doenjang jjigae, naengmyeon, an old-fashioned dosirak, or dolsot bibimbap. The dining space is small and the meat portions are on the smaller side.
