Deoghwawon

Deokhwawon is a Chinese restaurant near Busanjin Station in Busan that serves jjajangmyeon, jjamppong, mapo dubap, and tangsuyuk. The mapo dubap is Sichuan-style and numbing, while the jjamppong has a clean broth with a lingering sesame oil aroma. The second floor has private rooms and group seating, and the gunmandu comes out crispy with plenty of juice. Food can take a long time to arrive and the quality varies.
