Choryang Yanggopchang

Choryang Yanggopchang is a grilled-intestines restaurant near Busan Station. It serves a mixed platter of gopchang (grilled intestines) and domestic Korean Hanwoo daechang (beef large intestine) and gopchang, with fried rice and doenjang jjigae. Except for teukyang, mixed platters and grilled dishes must be ordered in portions of at least three. Use a public parking lot, and note that grilling over a gas flame produces less flavour.
