Choryang Tongdak

Choryang Tongdak is an old fried chicken restaurant at the entrance of Choryang Market in Busan that serves both fried chicken and dakbokkeumtang. The fried chicken is coated in a thin batter and fried crisp, while the seasoned chicken leans spicy rather than sweet. Mu and salad are self-serve, the dakbokkeumtang broth carries a slight tteokbokki taste, and the chicken meat is on the firm side. The dining room is always loud and the restroom is far away.
