Choryang Halmae Jokbal

Choryang Halmae Jokbal is a jokbal restaurant in Busan that uses domestically produced fresh pork feet. Its signature dish is halmae jokbal (on jok), boiled in the store every day, and it also offers banban jokbal, which pairs on jokbal with either bul jokbal or naengchae jokbal. Naengchae jokbal is cold jokbal aged at low temperature and served with a wasabi-mustard sauce. Bul jokbal is stir-fried in a house-made spicy sauce to give it a smoky aroma.
