Changnyeong Sikdang

Changnyeong Sikdang is a restaurant in Busan that serves hoe-bibimbap and hoe-guksu. The hoe-bibimbap is made with seasonal fish and comes with maeuntang. The raw fish for the hoe-bibimbap is mixed with wasabi, and perilla leaf goes into the rice and the maeuntang, which comes by default. The perilla leaf flavor is strong, so it may take getting used to.
