Bulmakyeolsam is a Korean barbecue restaurant across from Busan Station that grills makchang and samgyeopsal. The raw makchang is par-grilled before it comes out, and the meat is served with sauces and side dishes. The naengmyeon is chewy and the samgyeopsal is grilled well. The daechang is on the greasy side.
