Bok Gye Oak

Bok Gye Oak is a noodle shop two minutes from Busan Station that serves ginseng chicken kalguksu and chicken noodles. The thin, chewy kalguksu noodles come with chicken broth, and a jaso-yu bibim noodles and baekjeoryuk set can also be ordered. The chicken is soft, and the broth is light but clearly seasoned. Kimchi is served as a side dish eaten from the start of the meal.
