Boggye-Og

Bokgyeok is a kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) restaurant near Busan Station. Its cauldron chicken kalguksu comes with broth simmered for eight hours using 10 ingredients, house-made noodles prepared to order, and half a chicken. The restaurant is about a five-minute walk from Busan Station. There is space for luggage and waiting at the entrance, and the noodles soften and break easily.
