Supbul Makchang

Sutbul Makchang is a meat restaurant in Bonri-dong, Daegu, grilling Iberico makchang and pork collar over charcoal. The makchang is par-cooked before serving, so it is easy to grill and keeps a thick, chewy texture. The interior is retro, with glass outdoor tables and tablet ordering. Side dishes include beef jangjorim and beef radish soup, with pot rice, doenjang jjigae and Hamhung naengmyeon available as additions.
