Park Siung's 8th Restaurant

Baksiungui 8beon Sikdang is a restaurant near Duryu Park in Dalseo-gu, Daegu, serving dwaeji gukbap and galbi gukbap along with suyuk and sundae. Its representative dishes are galbi gukbap, makchang sundae, and modum suyuk. The son now runs the restaurant, continuing a 50-year tradition, and lungs and liver can be taken without limit from a self-service bar. The broth is rich and clean, without any off-putting smell.
