Joam Makchang

Joam Makchang is a makchang (beef abomasum) restaurant in Wolseong-dong, Daegu. The makchang is grilled over charcoal on a wire grate, and the restaurant also serves handmade wang galbi and pork galbi doenjang jjigae. Some regulars have been coming for more than ten years, and it is a quiet place to have a glass of soju. Grilling makchang over charcoal produces smoke and soot that leave the grill pan messy.
