Sushi Ryu

Sushi Ryu is a small sushi restaurant in Daechi-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, serving lunch and dinner omakase. Its courses combine ingredients and rice, including sushi topped with abalone and abalone innards, and a DIY sushi of soy-marinated crab rice and salmon roe wrapped in seaweed. The course begins once all guests have arrived at the reserved time, and the restroom is outside the restaurant. The space is small, which makes conversation uncomfortable.
