Sushi Aomatsu

Sushi Aomatsu is a Japanese restaurant in Seoul that serves aged sushi and tsumami. Its tsumami and nigiri include flounder sashimi, ankimo, and bluefin tuna chutoro, and it also serves gnocchi with anago sauce. Corkage is allowed, and the neta is cut large enough to cover the shari. The shari has a strong vinegar aroma and seasoning.
