Maratable is a Chinese restaurant in Seoul that serves Sichuan-style malatang and malaxiangguo. The malaxiangguo is prepared to taste close to what is served in China, and the malatang lets you adjust the spice level from the basic flavor. At lunch a line forms, but tables turn and cooking moves quickly. The guobaorou is sweet, crisp on the outside and moist inside.
