Inase

Inase is an udon and soba restaurant in the basement dining area of the Parnas Building in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. The signature Wariko Soba comes with meat soba, tempura soba, and seaweed yam soba served together. The tempura is fried in a thin batter and served crisp. After 6 p.m., side dishes such as chicken karaage and cucumber wasabi can be ordered.
